I have to say for being a brand new place, they have definitely got a solid system in place for high-quality Sushi, absolutely clean and beautiful ambience, and the ultimate unique dining experience. We tried so many dishes from sushi rolls, to hibachi, and appetizers- we were thoroughly impressed with all of them. The fish was extremely fresh and high quality. Rose took exceptional care of us and was helpful with showing us how to navigate the tablet where you put in your choices made to order. We were delighted to come in and receive such a wonderful experience, and we are looking forward to our next! PSA- Make sure you do not plug in “Oishii Sushi” into your maps or you will end up in Windsor like we (almost!) did! 😅

We were served by Rissa who is very friendly and personable. She even asked if we needed some water for our baby. We didn’t have to wait long to be seated (25 mins). Food came out pretty quickly. Beautiful interior. Food was decent. We specifically liked bang bang chicken and softshell crab

The tataki is seared right, the yellowtail sashimi with jalapeño (my personal favorite) has real balance, and the specialty rolls deliver on flavor and crunch. Nigiri tastes fresh, not sitting around. Service kept pace all night. Rare to find this quality in an all you can eat format. We have not had such a satisfying sushi all you can eat experience in a long time, even my very peaky 4 and 7 year olds ask when we can be back for more. Highly recommend.​​​​​​​​​​​​​

We were so excited for this place to open and it did not disappoint. We had an absolutely amazing experience at Sushi Oishi in Sterling Heights! From the moment we walked in, everything was wonderful. The food was exceptional—fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Every dish we ordered was better than the last, and you could truly taste the quality and care that went into everything. What really made our experience stand out, though, was our server, Rissa. She was phenomenal! She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our entire meal. Her service was the perfect combination of attentive without ever being overwhelming. It’s not often that you leave a restaurant thinking, “We need to come back soon,” but that was definitely the case here. Between the incredible food and Rissa’s outstanding service, Sushi Oishi exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for amazing sushi and exceptional service, do yourself a favor and visit Sushi Oishi—and ask for Rissa! You won’t be disappointed! 🍣❤️

This place was exceptional! I will be back soon, the server, Rosa, was super friendly and attentive to our big table. The sushi was so fresh, the food was served swiftly, the wait to be seated wasn’t long at all.
